SHIPPING
Where do OSK’s products ship from?
Our products ship from Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
What is your shipping timeline during COVID-19?
During these times, we will work to have your orders shipped as quickly as possible, however this may take up to 4-6 weeks. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email within 8-10 business days. Depending on your choice of delivery, your local service may experience some delays. Please email us at oshtkits@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding your order.
Where do you ship?
Currently we are shipping to Canada.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes.
Can I make my OSK order a gift?
Yes! Just enter your shipping address and who it is being shipped to and we’ll make sure it makes its way!
Can I change my order?
We will do our best, we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been placed and cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped.
Products
Do you offer products without a case?
No, unfortunately unless you are purchasing a refill, a case will be required for purchase.
What is your return policy?
If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact us at oshtkits@gmail.com within 14 days of your order and we’ll find a way to help.
Can I order refills for my kits?
Yes! You can order a refill for your contents.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
My card has been declined. What do I do?
We’re sorry this happened! Please make sure that your billing details (address and name) match that which you have entered. Also, please double check your credit card number, CVV and postal code. If you have any other issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to try to help.
